Kelsey Foundation – Returning Student Scholarship Applications – 

Due to COVID-19, we will not have applications available for pickup at our office. We are asking you to email the Kelsey Foundation  kelseyfoundation@gmail.com requesting an application or if you do not have access to a computer, please call 360-249-6878, and we will mail you a hard copy of the application.  Please state in your email or voicemail; your name, address, contact phone number and school you will be attending in the fall.  

Reminder, applications are only available to those students who reside in Grays Harbor County. 

Applications for 2024 will be  available April 1st, 2024 and need to be returned either by email to kelseyfoundation@gmail.com or in the office, or mailed back to PO Box 404, Montesano, WA  98563.  All applications are due back to the Kelsey Foundation and must be in the office by 5:00pm  April 30th, 2024, no exceptions.
